If at any time within the first 30 days of your purchase you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@testpfast.com. If we cannot resolve your issue, we will exchange the product or refund the entire purchase price, minus a shipping and restocking fee. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the purchased sample must not have been submitted to us for testing.
We will exchange your purchase for a product of the same dollar value. A shipping and restocking fee will apply to cover associated costs. Products must be in their original condition and not submitted for testing to qualify for an exchange.
International purchases of US testing products are final and cannot be returned. We cannot guarantee shipping outside the US or be held responsible for shipping issues during transit to the customer or upon return. Free reshipments are not available for international orders.
Do-It-Yourself screening and testing products are not covered by this Return Policy. All sales of these products are final. This policy covers only sample testing orders intended for in-lab analysis.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as there may be processing delays. If you still have not received your refund after completing these steps, please contact us for further assistance.
Discounts and promotional codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
All samples must be submitted for testing within 3 months of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse testing for samples returned after this period to ensure accurate and reliable results.
